Smoked Cream Cheese with MKC Rub



1 bar of cream cheese

MKC’s Rub

Wood for smoker (we prefer pecan)

Favorite crackers

Aluminum Foil


Take your aluminum foil and fold to make a little retangle plate for smoker,

Open cream cheese and score the top and cover the cream cheese with MKC’s Rub.

Place in smoker at 200 and smoke for 1.5-2 hours and enjoy

Add a spoonful of Kenzee’s Everything Sauce and take the flavors to the next level.
